What are your cancellation policies?

Registration cancellations must be made by Friday, March 29, 2024, and are subject to a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date, or for event no-shows.

Hotel reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged a 1-night stay by the hotel.

Exhibitor Booth cancellations must be made by Friday, March 29, 2024, and are subject to a $375 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date.

What is the deadline to register?

There is no deadline to register for ISA24.

Can non-members register to attend ISA24?

When will the ISA24 attendee list be released?

Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the event.

When can I start making private meeting appointments?

The appointment scheduling tool will be released in March 2024.

Is there an ISA24 mobile app?

Yes, the ISA24 mobile app will launch in March, 2024.

Are there any private meeting spaces available for exhibitors or a company to use?

For private meeting rooms, please contact the Charlotte Convention Center or The Westin Charlotte directly for any meeting room requests.

Do we have to pre-register for any of the education sessions?

Pre-registration is only mandatory for the pre-conference workshops; all other education sessions can be attended without prior registration.

What is the dress code for the event?

Business casual.

Where do I register/collect my badge when I arrive onsite at the event?

The onsite registration desk will be located at the Charlotte Convention Center in the concourse area. Please enter from the College Street entrance.

Do booth purchases include event registrations?

No, event registrations must be purchased separately.

Can I exhibit only and not be a registrant?

No, you must be a registered attendee.

Do manufacturers need to have a booth/display?

Yes, manufacturers are required to purchase a booth at ISA24. This decision was made based on several key considerations.

The recommendation to require booths for manufacturers stems from the valuable feedback we have received from distributors, who play a pivotal role in the success of ISA24. Distributors have consistently highlighted the importance of having a physical presence for manufacturers. The booths provide a dedicated space for face-to-face interactions, in-depth conversations, and the opportunity to foster stronger business relationships.

Additionally, the decision to mandate booths for manufacturers was made with the overall experience of the ISA24 attendees in mind. This event is THE confluence of industry professionals, experts, and enthusiasts representing the full industrial supply channel. Having all manufacturers represented with booths enhances the quality and variety of offerings, making the event more informative and exciting for attendees. It ensures all product categories and company types of the industry are well-represented, which enriches the experience and fosters a sense of inclusivity.

Requiring manufacturers to purchase a booth at ISA24 is a strategic decision aimed at optimizing the value of the event for Manufacturers, IMRs and Distributors. It creates an environment that promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the growth of our industry.

We have a lead retrieval system you can order – this is through ATS. The information is included in the Exhibitor Kit or via the link below.

Is internet provided on the show floor?

Internet is available in public areas of the convention center, NOT including the ISA24 Exhibit Hall.

Within the Exhibit Hall, basic internet connection can be purchased on-site through your phone or laptop for $79.95/day. For more advanced internet connection options, see the Exhibitor Kit for more information.
